The official Gaiam balance ball chair ball is a latex-free, Anti-Burst 52 CM balance ball. When used with the chair, it promotes proper spinal alignment and increases core strength. It is perfect for core workouts and stretching routines when used alone. The ball is available in a variety of colors and is made exclusively to fit the Gaiam balance ball chair.

This 52cm Balance Ball is the OFFICIAL CHAIR BALL, made exclusively for the Gaiam Classic Balance Ball Chair models (Including Backless) as an extra or replacement ball (Chair NOT included). Using the same ball as the exercise guide, this chair helps to build a healthier core, align the spine, relieve back pain and stiffness, boost energy levels and increase productivity with an active body and a focused and engaged mind.

The balance ball is RECOMMENDED FOR USER HEIGHT between 5' to 5'11" tall and fits most standard-height desks. For a taller chair, users can add 2 inches with Gaiam's compatible leg extenders, sold separately. The balance ball has a 300-pound weight capacity.

To perform core workouts and stretching routines, users can REMOVE THE BALL FROM THE CHAIR, which reduces nerve compression. For a perfect fit, it may be necessary to re-inflate the ball once or twice after the initial inflation to stretch to its final size. Users should inflate the ball with air, let it stand for 24 hours, deflate it 50%, and then fill it again to 52cm height.
