Introducing the Deep Recovery Line-up! Our product line offers something for every body type and activity level. From the 4-inch balls designed for large muscle groups to the Sport balls with the same size, weight, and density as lacrosse balls, we have a wide range of options to suit your recovery needs.
The 4-inch balls are a little larger than a softball and can be used all over the body. They come in a set of two, packaged in a mesh bag for easy rolling, and can be paired with the Body Track.
The Very Soft ball set is our softest variant, designed for all-over relief. Recommended for first-time users or those who prefer a gentler touch, this set of two balls in a mesh bag can be used with the Body Track or Neck Track.
The Soft balls are slightly more dense than the Very Soft, also designed for all-over relief. This set of two in a mesh bag can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.
The Firm balls are the industry standard density, also known as average. Recommended for those familiar with self-myofascial release (SMR) or comfortable with average pressure in a massage, this set of two in a mesh bag can be used with the Body Track or Neck Track.
The Very Firm ball set is slightly more dense than the Firm, recommended for those who find lacrosse balls too painful but still enjoy a firm-touch massage. This set of two in a mesh bag can be paired with the Body Track or Neck Track.
The Sport balls are our firmest and densest option, perfect for people who prefer lacrosse ball density and a firm-touch massage. These are the same size, weight, and density as a lacrosse ball, and come in a set of two in a mesh bag, compatible with the Body Track or Neck Track.
The Neck Track is designed to hold a set of balls in position for the sub-occipitals, and can also be used for leverage on other parts of the body or as a support pillow while rolling another part of your anatomy.
The Body Track is designed to hold the balls in place and allow for a smooth roll of the whole back or limb. It pairs with all of our two-ball sets.
The Firm Foam Roller is an ultra-light, ultra-portable option great for people on the go or looking for a backup roller. Designed for use as a support pillow while rolling or for large muscle groups like the quads, back, and stomach.
The Soft Foam Roller is the ultra-soft variant, also an ultra-light, ultra-portable option with the same applications as the Firm Foam Roller.
We offer free instructional videos, and more are available on our website and YouTube channel. Delivering great value is an obsession for us, and our goal is to delight you. Deep Recovery is a small, American-owned business, and every product was launched with your support on Kickstarter.
Fascia is a thin sheath of fibrous tissue that wraps every muscle in the body. When you're injured or your muscles are tight, you can experience myofascial pain, which comes from thickening of the fascia. The Body Track provides versatility and support for your every move, allowing you to target almost any location on your body with various ball spacings, providing stability while rolling, and serving as storage for your balls when not in use.
Our unique and patented myofascial release system was invented after our founder's QL injury, and our products are now used in 40+ countries around the world. Whether you're an elite athlete or simply in pain, we've got a faster, deeper recovery for you.
